Abs for Dads – Designed to target fitness levels, abdominals and lower back. Enhances core stability and improves posture. A great supplement to all training regimes. (45 Mins)  Men only class.

Body Shape – A full body workout designed to reduce body fat, improve strength, increase energy and improve tone. It is designed especially to target muscle groups like the glutes, thighs, calves and abs. But it doesn’t stop there. Shoulders, arms and chest get real attention too. (50 Mins)  Women only class.

Boxing for Fitness - High intensity boxing circuit, using pads and mitts. Focusing on punching drills such as hooks, rips and jabs. Aims to improve cardiovascular fitness and co-ordination. Gloves must be worn. (50mins).  Men only class.

Boxing for ladies – Short sharp boxing technique and fitness class for ladies.  Suitable for all levels.  (30mins)

Circuit – Free to all gym members ($6 non-members) .  Will incorporate cardio, resistance and core based exercises (1hr)

Mums 'n' Prams – Circuit class for new mums ($3). Will incorporate cardio, resistance and core based exercises (30mins)

Pilates – The main focus of this class will be to introduce the fundamentals and technique of mat Pilates, breathing, movement, alignment and core stability.  (50 Mins) Mixed sex classes.

Swiss Ball Training –   The primary focus of the programme will be to focus on correct exercise techqnique whilst using the Swiss ball.  Introducung exercises that will work the whole body by improving strength, co-ordination, balance and core stability.  (60 Mins).  Mixed sex class.

Yoga – Asthanga. This class is suitable for beginners.  Taking you through a series of poses and stretches to help build strength and flexibility. (60mins) Mixed sex classes.

Zumba - The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

The following sessions are charged accordingly and payable directly to the instructor.

  • Pilates $15
  • Concession card holders $135 for 10 sessions
  • Mums 'n' Prams $3 or $27 for 10 sessions
  • Zumba $5 or $45 for 10 sessions
  • All other classes are included in with your membership
